An otherwise odd pairing

Why yes. That IS a bacon-topped cupcake. Your eyes are not deceiving you.

Isn't everything better with salty meat?

Very possibly...

Sexiest thing in the morning is a woman wearing sexy lingerie with a heaping plate of bacon and a giant cup of coffee.

Jody--yikes! That kind of grosses me out.

I wouldn't have normally put the bacon on, but my Portland coworkers are OBSESSED with bacon--and I always bake when I'm out here.

The bacon taste isn't strong enough to freak me out, so I'm okay eating it; though the cinnamon roll/cream cheese frosting pairing is ALWAYS my first choice.

You should hit up VooDoo Donuts while you're in Portland and get their maple bar wrapped in bacon. Personally, I think it's gross, but I know people that LOVE it.

Hey lady, I also didn't care for the bacon donut--but I didn't love any of Voodoo's donuts, so I might not be the right person to ask. These have thick dark chocolate frosting, so the bacon can be as masked as you want it to.

Voodoo is two blocks from my office!
